Who can benefit?
You don't have to have a specific 'problem' to
benefit from counselling. Most personal
relationships or identity problems can be helped
through counselling. It can also be useful for
anyone experiencing dissatisfaction
with life or a loss of direction or purpose. It is also helpful to
those who are living with or caring
for someone with a problem.
What issues can be helped with
counselling?
• Anxiety
•
Anger
• Bereavement
• Panic Attacks
• Depression
• Personal Growth
• Life/Work
stress
•
Low self confidence
and self esteem
•
Obsessions and compulsion • Trauma, grief
and loss
Anxiety, stress, trauma, depression and
emotional difficulties can make us feel less
enthusiastic about our daily
lives, and therefore less
able to cope. Most of us experience loss or
bereavement at some time during our
lives. Past and present
traumas can cause us to feel
isolated, lonely, misunderstood,
and even physically ill.
